Terms of use
1. Service
RAY Business Twin uses RAY’s AI+SOP method to clarify business questions, assess stages, co-create positioning and service deliverables, navigate existing course/tool resources and review execution evidence. The submitted version contains static instructions and references, with no MCP server, payments, external account access or automatic write actions.
The plugin is being prepared for public directory review. Upload, approval and publication are separate stages. This website does not represent approval or availability to all users.
2. Access and permissions
Installation and use must comply with platform terms, applicable law and your account, region, device and feature permissions. Follow platform age and guardian requirements. Course titles and tool navigation do not grant new access rights. Existing courses, human consulting and other services remain governed by their separate arrangements.
The current package has no independent customer authentication system. Describing its intended audience as RAY’s clients does not create a technical access restriction.
3. Your materials
You should be entitled to provide input materials and protect customer privacy, third-party rights and confidential business information. Prefer anonymous, necessary business facts. Do not request fabricated cases, invented outcomes, unauthorized access or activities prohibited by platform rules.
4. AI output and decisions
This is an AI assistant, not RAY personally. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Verify facts, prices, public promises and important business decisions against actual circumstances. Case-specific professional decisions belong with appropriately qualified professionals.
The assistant cannot approve decisions, sign or make contractual commitments for RAY. It does not guarantee traffic, income, sales, payback or customer outcomes. Numbers in stage names, course titles or examples are not personal result promises.
5. Content rights
RAY method materials, third-party materials and your own submissions retain their respective ownership and authorization conditions. Using the service does not grant access to restricted courses, tools or other content. The publisher does not claim ownership of your content simply because you submit it.
Do not label AI-generated recommendations as RAY’s personal approval or present proposed plans as achieved results. Static files can be read by the platform and users; the service does not promise that materials cannot be copied.
6. Payments and other services
The plugin has no checkout, payment or course-upgrade flow and does not promote or sell digital courses, memberships or subscriptions. Platform account plans may limit or meter use. Other purchased services remain governed by their original terms.
7. Updates, issues and support
Static references are updated through plugin versions and do not represent real-time course, order or event status. Platform availability, review and feature changes may affect use. Report issues using the support page. Data practices are explained in the privacy policy.
Material feature or data-practice changes should be described on this website. You may stop using or uninstall the plugin through the platform’s controls.
8. Applicable rules and contact
For questions or disputes, first explain the issue through the support email. These terms do not exclude rights, responsibilities or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, and do not replace the platform’s own terms.
Website resource service
The website retrieves recorded method sections, course routes and blank templates. It does not call the OpenAI API to generate answers, store your completed work or verify course entitlements. The public MCP plugin is still being prepared for review; access to this website does not imply a published or approved plugin. The original static-skill terms apply to that version; the website query service is additionally covered by this section and the current privacy policy.
