Privacy policy
1. Scope
This policy covers the RAY Business Twin method-resource website, its resource-query service and voluntary support emails. ChatGPT accounts, conversations, files and platform services are governed separately by OpenAI policies, account settings and applicable terms.
2. Resource queries
The website backend receives the short topic keywords, stage filters and catalog IDs that you choose to submit. It processes these parameters to return method sections, course navigation or blank templates. The application has no chat-history database, user accounts, advertising analytics or query-history storage, and does not intentionally log query text.
Do not submit names, contact information, full conversations, private client records or credentials. Technical validation can reject some obvious sensitive formats; it cannot identify every kind of personal information. Templates are returned blank. Copying or downloading a template happens in your browser; the service does not receive your completed template.
3. Website hosting and MCP service
This website, its resource APIs and MCP endpoint run together on Render in Oregon, United States. Hosting providers necessarily process requests and may handle technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, error reports and security logs under their own policies. The publisher has not added visitor tracking or a separate visitor database and does not promise that provider-managed logs are never retained.
The MCP endpoint receives only the tool parameters supplied to it: short topic keywords, stage filters and known catalog IDs. It cannot read your whole ChatGPT account or private Notion. The application does not intentionally log these parameters, store completed templates or build user profiles. Render Hobby application logs currently have a 7-day retention period; infrastructure and security processing follow Render’s policies. See Render logging documentation. The public plugin remains subject to OpenAI review and publication.
4. Voluntary support emails
If you email support, the sender address, message and attachments enter the publisher’s Microsoft Outlook mailbox to investigate and reply. Please send only necessary, redacted information. Support emails are not used for tracking or marketing analytics.
After a support issue is resolved, emails and attachments are retained for 90 days, then information no longer needed is deleted, subject to any legally required retention. Mail-provider processing and backups are governed separately by that provider.
5. Service providers and location
OpenAI provides ChatGPT. Render hosts this independently deployed website and MCP service. Microsoft Outlook handles support email. These providers manage their own network, processing and backup locations, which may be outside your region. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6. Your choices and requests
Minimize the information you submit. For questions about or deletion requests concerning support emails, contact idiot-est@outlook.com. The publisher cannot delete provider-controlled ChatGPT data on your behalf; use the platform’s controls and request channels.
7. Changes
Material changes in functionality, hosting or data processing will be reflected here before the relevant launch. The version date identifies the currently published policy.
